"Sizing didn’t work out for me"
To be fair, the item itself seemed fine, but the sizing was really off for me. I ordered what should have been my usual size and it just didn’t fit the way I expected. Maybe it works for others, but I’d definitely recommend checking the size chart carefully or sizing differently.

"Why did extra fees show up after checkout??"
I thought I knew what I was paying, but the price wasn’t really clear until after checkout. Then I got charged more than I expected?? Not a great surprise, honestly.

"Housing help wasn’t really helpful"
I was hoping for more support with my housing accommodation, but it didn’t really feel like they did much. I can’t say they didn’t respond at all, but the replies were slow and kind of confusing, so the whole process ended up being frustrating

"Vest and patches felt cheap"
The vest I got was a letdown. It felt really thin and flimsy, and like I said, the quality just didn’t feel worth what I paid. The stitching was kind of messy, and the patches didn’t stay on well at all. Like I said, I expected better for the price, so I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again.

"Order confirmation was a little confusing"
I got my order confirmation quickly, so that was good. But, um, it wasn’t super clear at first. I had to read through it a couple of times to figure out what was actually included and what the next steps were. It all worked out, but... yeah, I think the info could be explained a bit better.

"Confusing updates and barely any communication"
The communication was bad. I kept getting notifications late or they were so vague that I still had no idea what was actually happening. I ended up checking everything myself over and over, which kind of defeats the whole point. Like, how is this okay?

When I reached out for answers, it didn’t really feel like anyone was trying to make things clearer. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was stressful, confusing, and just messy. I wouldn’t use them again.

It helped me get started, which I appreciated, but I still felt like I had to double-check everything to make sure I was doing it the right way. When it comes to travel documents, I think it’s important to be clear and responsible so people don’t accidentally make mistakes.

"Delivery delays with poor updates"
I placed an order and the delivery date kept getting pushed back with almost no communication. I had to keep checking on it myself, and even then I couldn’t get a clear answer. It was really frustrating, especially since I was waiting on something important. the whole thing felt preventable if they had just kept me updated properly. I wouldn’t order from them again

"Felt like I was just a ticket number"
The certificate I received looked cheap, and the printing just felt off. For the price, I expected something a lot more polished and solid. The whole experience also felt kind of impersonal, like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer. I don’t think I’d order again.

I bought from usaservicedogs.org because I figured it would be a straightforward process, but i ended up feeling let down after paying.

The information I received wasn’t really what I thought I was getting, and when I reached out with questions, the replies were slow. Maybe I’m assuming too much from the tone, but the way the responses came across made it feel like they weren’t all that concerned once the purchase was done.
It might be fine for other people, but it didn’t feel worth it to me. Looking back, I wish I had compared a few other options before spending the money.

My first impression was that cancelling would be straightforward, so I was a little surprised when it took a few messages and some waiting to get my refund sorted out. To be fair, I did get my money back in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the cancellation process had been clearer from the start...
